Q: We are thinking about booking this Bus tour for September. What time do we need to arrive at LAX or it doesn't matter what specific time of arrival. We offer complimentary transfers for: * Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:00pm * International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm As long as your arrival time is within these time frames, that's fine. 9-night hotel accommodations are included in the tour package, no extra charge for the rooms. On tour day 1, we can pick you up at LAX and at the end of the tour, we can drop you off at LAX. If you wish to fly out of the LAX airport on the same day, please book a U.S. domestic flight after 9:30pm and international flight after 10:30pm.
